★ Our Method

The Magnus Method
from spec to shore, engineered.

Six steps. Zero handoffs you have to manage. One quality trail you can defend.

step 01

Requirement

Drawings, samples or specifications are received and reviewed to define the exact requirement.

step 02

Quotation

The right manufacturer is identified and a clear quotation is prepared.

step 03

Sampling & Approval

A sample is produced and submitted for review and approval before production begins.

step 04

Production

Once the sample is approved, manufacturing begins, with progress monitored at every stage.

step 05

Quality Inspection

Finished parts are inspected by our quality team against the agreed specifications before dispatch.

step 06

Shipping

Export, customs, and shipping are handled until the order reaches its destination.

★ FAQs

Questions buyers
ask us first.

What manufacturing capabilities and supplier network does Magnus have access to?

Magnus works with a carefully selected network of export-capable manufacturers across India's leading industrial clusters. Our supplier base includes specialists in castings, machining, forgings, fabrications, and value-added assembly operations.

We actively source from established manufacturing regions including Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Pune, Coimbatore, Chennai, Belgaum, Faridabad, and other major industrial hubs across India.

Every supplier undergoes a qualification process that evaluates manufacturing capabilities, quality systems, export experience, capacity, and commercial reliability. This allows us to match each component with the supplier best equipped to produce it.

What manufacturing processes can Magnus source?

Magnus specializes in castings, machining, forgings, fabrications, and value-added assemblies. Through our network of qualified manufacturing partners across India, we can support a wide range of materials, production volumes, and technical requirements—from simple machined components to complex multi-process assemblies.

Which industries does Magnus serve?

Magnus supports OEMs and industrial buyers across automotive, agriculture & construction, industrial machinery, aerospace & defence, and oil & gas. Our supplier network is selected to support the quality, documentation, and production requirements of demanding industrial applications.

What quality certifications do your manufacturing partners hold?

Magnus works with manufacturers serving a wide range of industries. All manufacturing partners maintain internationally recognized quality management systems, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other industry-specific standards depending on customer requirements. Magnus itself operates under an ISO-certified quality management system.

How does Magnus ensure quality throughout the sourcing process?

Quality starts long before production begins. Every manufacturing partner undergoes factory visits, capability assessments, quality system reviews, and audits before being approved.

Once onboarded, we conduct periodic audits and review control plans, process documentation, and inspection procedures. Depending on project requirements, we support first article inspections, in-process inspections, and final pre-dispatch inspections.

Third-party inspections can be arranged through recognized agencies such as TÜV and other accredited providers.

We can support PPAP packages, First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, dimensional reports, CMM reports, material test certificates (MTCs), certificates of conformity (CoC), and traceability records based on customer requirements.

How quickly can Magnus provide a quotation?

Most quotations are provided within 48 hours after receiving the required drawings, specifications, and annual volume estimates.

For more complex components involving multiple manufacturing processes, tooling, special materials, or detailed engineering review, additional time may be required. All quotations are provided on a no-obligation basis and are supported by a technical review.

Can Magnus support prototypes and low-volume production?

Yes. Magnus supports everything from prototype and pre-production requirements to full-scale production programs. We can identify manufacturing partners capable of supporting your volume requirements while maintaining quality and cost objectives.

How does Magnus protect customer drawings and intellectual property?

We understand that drawings, specifications, tooling, and process information are valuable intellectual property.

Magnus works with trusted manufacturing partners under strict confidentiality requirements and controlled document-sharing practices. Technical information is shared only with relevant suppliers during the sourcing process, and confidentiality agreements can be executed whenever required.

Why work with Magnus instead of sourcing directly from manufacturers?

Finding a supplier is easy. Finding the right supplier—and managing them consistently—isn't.

Magnus acts as an extension of your procurement team, identifying the best manufacturing partner for each component and managing quality, production, and delivery through a single point of accountability.

Backed by experience in procurement, supply chain management, mechanical engineering, and manufacturing, our team understands both how parts are bought and how they're made. The result is better supplier selection, reduced sourcing risk, and a simpler procurement process for OEMs.

Why are OEMs increasingly sourcing components from India?

India has become a strategic sourcing destination for OEMs worldwide, offering a combination of engineering expertise, manufacturing depth, and competitive production costs.

Supported by initiatives such as Make in India, the country has developed strong capabilities across castings, machining, forgings, fabrications, and complex assemblies. For many OEMs, India is no longer a backup sourcing destination but a strategic supply-chain partner.

Magnus helps buyers unlock that opportunity by connecting them with qualified suppliers and providing a single point of accountability from supplier selection to final delivery.

Where is Magnus located and which regions do you serve?

Magnus is headquartered in Rajkot, Gujarat—one of India's leading manufacturing hubs for castings, machining, and engineering components.

While our supplier network spans major industrial clusters across India, we serve OEMs and industrial buyers globally. Whether you're located in North America, Europe, the Middle East, or elsewhere, Magnus provides a single point of contact for sourcing, quality oversight, and delivery from India.
